Pictured here:  2016 Chevrolet Suburban and a wrapped Chevrolet military tribute tractor-trailer.Chevrolet donated vehicles and personnel to assist Wreaths Across America in placing more than 700,000 wreaths at military cemeteries across the country earlier this month. We at JN Chevrolet are very proud to work at a company that that supports charities and communities, and we are very excited to share the experience with our clients.

In addition to contributing vehicles (including several decorated Silverado and Suburban models), Chevrolet employees, dealers, and volunteers also donated 13,000 wreaths to help the organization accomplish its mission of remembering, honoring, and teaching along the way. The Wreaths Across America team travelled from its headquarters in Maine to the Arlington National Cemetery in Washington D.C., stopping at local schools and community centers as it went.

“We think it is important to teach our younger generation that our freedoms are not free, and that the stories of our fallen and departed heroes should not be lost through the years,” said Dan Adamcheck, Chevrolet regional sales and marketing manager. “Laying those wreaths and paying tribute is a small way to show how grateful we are.”

In addition, Chevrolet expanded its military discount program to include all 23 million veterans and their spouses through January 4, 2016.
